A quote from flamefinez is an invitation to place an order, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Orders may be confirmed only after we accept your request and, where applicable, after payment or a deposit is received. For custom builds, we may confirm component availability and production timelines before final acceptance.
If you request changes after confirmation, timelines and pricing may change. We will inform you before proceeding.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, and optional services may apply depending on your location and order type. Payment methods and any required deposits will be communicated during checkout or invoicing. If a clear pricing error occurs, flamefinez may cancel or correct the order after contacting you.
6. Shipping and collection
We may offer shipping and/or local pickup in Amsterdam depending on the product. Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance and may change due to carrier delays, component availability, or customs processing. Risk of loss typically transfers to you upon delivery; for collection, risk transfers when you collect the product, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer law.
7. Warranty and support
flamefinez provides support and warranty terms consistent with applicable Dutch and EU consumer protection rules. Warranty coverage and duration may differ for custom builds, replacement parts, and accessories. Normal wear, accidental damage, and unauthorized modifications (including unsupported firmware changes) may void coverage.
